Hi! I’m a former NYC girl living my retirement in the NJ burbs surrounded by woods🌳🌲deer🦌 & chipmunks🐿 I’m enjoying landscaping and gardening🌻, something I could not do in New York. I miss the pace, the culture and the restaurants...(the profiteroles at Balthazar mostly), but being a culinary school grad👩🏻‍🍳making my own profiteroles, or anything else for that matter, is no problem. I cook SOMETHING everyday.🍳Now I plan to share those daily projects with photos and recipes.

I am doing 1200-1400 calories per day of LCMFMP combined with daily Intermittent Fasting🤐, hard copy journaling, (so my daily entries are either nonexistent or not always complete), & 1-2 hours of exercise Weds-Sun. Cardio-WeightTraining-Yoga-Meditation-Sleep.
