I'm a mother of four wonderful children. My two youngest are 20 months apart, there now 4 and almost 3. I've been putting off losing weight thinking that I can wait until tomorrow. Well I'm tired of putting off getting healthly for myself. Anyone on that can unterstand what I'm talking about please help me. All tips and suggestions are welcomed.
