Dear Journal,
now i'm really excited! after bothering my poor sister yet again about my weight today, and almost giving up... she would not give up on me. she was really kind i cant thank her enough now.
i did another weight in and i lost 1.7 pounds from yesterday! this is from someone who has been imprinisoned by society in her own home most of my life, due to the way i (and my family) have been treated in society (mostly because of trama and stress from society towards myself and my family...my family have been trying soo hard to get me to go out for years. and were taking the brunt of mean behavour just so i could stay in...because i they understood how much i did not want to go back out).
and you know what? i feel more active too. what a nice change. ...i still declined a nice walk outside today (my poor sis keeps trying. she wont give up on me!...she is really awesome! ^_^)
i have not gone down in weight in years. now i cant wait to try my best!
my goal for next week is more weight loss and to work on being calm and caring even when i am feeling fraZzleD .^_^. also to be steady. some work-outs ware me out so doing them every day might noit work for me. my sis says i should try different types every day to keep myself excited and also to take brakes so i dont fall apart and such. so this entry is a reminder for my future self...you have been politely warned ^_^
