Hi,So glad to be in this group I am 67 years old
widowed I live alone with my fur babies. fixing to sell my place and get me a small motorhome and fulfill some of my bucket list this is kind of scary but that's what I want to do I'm not getting any younger haha.it will be nice to have somebody that is on the site to talk to about the keto diet I have a hard problem figuring out which of the protein powders with low carbs that I want to use if anyone has any suggestions please let me know thanks a lot
