Mother of two trying to lose the belly fat and love handles. Not easy when your partner is Indian that only eats a heap of rice and chicken/beef curry. I want to be fit and being a working mom, home exercise is my only saving grace thanks to the Jillian Michaels 20min 30day Shred workout series which I try and stick to at least three times a week.
