Calories and Net Calories
The simple concept is the intake value of Calories and subtracts the output of calories from exercises and other activities.
I was the same person who had this type of calculation 5 times a day when I was not losing weight. But Thanks to Jet medical Tourism, I had gastric sleeve surgery and lost 148 lbs in 12 months.

Females over 50 - Lose 100 Pounds
Hello Young ladies.
I have lost 148 lbs after my Gastric sleeve Weight loss surgery. I live in Mexico and had many health issues due to my weight. And then one of my daughters took me to Jet Medical Tourism. They had taken care of my weight and arranged surgery within 3 weeks. And I really thanks my daughter for taking me there.

Emotional eating
I can totally understand what phase of life you are going through. I had the same time in my past and was eating and eating and eating only. I have become overweight from obese. And at last my health conditions were on a high reported. I have to go for a Weight loss surgery and then have lost weight and now my health conditions are also stable.
