Hi I am Ashish , my age is 18 and my weight is increased upto 91kgs and have height of 5"6 ,resides in INDIA.My weight is a painful situation for me .

No one likes to be like that but I dont know what to do,i tried gym for 2 times but I cant be there for more than 10-15 days regularly.

Such a fatty situation at this age pinches.......................
