I live in Utah with my husband, our two daughters (ages 4 and 6 mos), and our yellow lab. I am a happy homemaker (having a foul mouth, and alcohol daily helps)! I am 36 years old, and since I recently had a baby - trying to lose the extra pounds I put on during pregnancy. I am doing a low carb diet, but not watching my portion sizes. I usually start my morning with Irish Coffee...and finish the night by drinking several light beers. If a food has 9 carbs or less, give it to me! What kind of a diet is this? I have no idea...but I just like the idea of sharing my ups and downs with ya'll. :) Good luck to you!

Hi, I am new here! :)
Thanks! I notice that you were feeling guilty about a Cadbury Egg the other day. Well...yesterday I raided the Easter Baskets, and ate the left over candy as if it was about to expire! I also had 10 cups of coffee, and added Bailey's to two of those cups. I am supposedly on a low carb diet...but I had a sub sandwich for dinner. I have lots of housework that needs to be done...but have decided that I find more things to do around the couch. Wink

Does anyone want to go on the "Flu Diet" with me? It's great, you spend all of your time in the bathroom. And then, without even trying you lose a POUND. Hooray? It's even more awesome if your children are sick too...then you can add some activity to your day...such as laundry, mopping, scrubbing couches, and washing walls. FML.
