Hi, new member: thankful for such a great site
I started folling weight watchers 3 weeks ago too! good luck with your goals! glad it is working for you! I dont attend meetings, but I know my points and have been keeping my diet within that amount. I have also increased my workouts to be tougher. Finding the time and energy has been a challenge while working full time and finshing my bachelors degree. I'll be looking forward to dedicating more time to my workouts when I get my first summer break in over 6 years! Glad to meet you and best of luck to you in your journey to a healthier you! Smile

Hi, new member: thankful for such a great site
Hi, my name is Angela im a 26 year old female living in Arizona in the US. I am so thankful for all the wonderful resources, advice, forums, recipes and encouragement this website has to offer. I have been struggling with the same 30-40lbs since forever, looking to meet others who need support that want to lose close to the same amount or in same situation. Since I became a member of Fatsecret I decided to change my eating habits and have been following a "diet" similar to the weight watchers program.

I need snacking ideas aside from fruit!
roll ups are good use a slice of lunch meat and cheese you can also add lettuce, tomato, avocado, mustard.

raw veggies plain or if you cant stand them plain use with lite ranch or use the dressing spritzers (i think one spray is equal to one calorie)

sugar free pudding if you have a sweet tooth

raw almonds or nut mix try adding cranberries or raisins

celery sticks with peanutbutter

cheese and crackers

dried plums (careful with fruit it can be high in carbs)

string cheese
