Been away for a bit and see that does not do me any good. 2 lbs. gain :( I just could not find any personal time as of late but MUST at least find the time to track my food.

Well I gotta be happy that there is no gain considering the weekend and yesterday. Not that I went overboard but I didn't do any fast days. Yesterday was to be a fast day but I was working so hard around the house that I couldn't be so limited on calories or I would of woke this morning feeling not very good. I am beginning to be more aware of how my body is processing this and the foods I eat. I look at that as an additional bonus. :)

No change. :( I thought I would maybe see a something but noooooooooo. :) I did it again yesterday VLC on what was to be a feed day. Today is my fast day. I may just boost up the calories just a bit for today seeing as I didn't have much yesterday. Only by a couple hundred. Didn't have a headache yesterday so I'm almost positive that the headache on Monday had to do with my sinuses and not that it was a fast day. Feeling good this morning and looking forward to a bit of tea. I've also made the decision to no longer use splenda or any sugar substitute. Have read some information on that stuff and I'd rather have regular sugar then to put that stuff into my system and I'll just make other adjustments for the calories. Not that I use a lot of sugar, just a bit with my tea so the adjustment won't be to hard.

Well I went to run errands and as I was out, it felt as if that headache was beginning to come back. So I stopped and got a 6" sub from Subways.....oh and a cookie. UG!! I did drink plenty of water...at least 40 oz. before I got something to eat, also drank water with my lunch and that didn't include my two cups of tea early this morning so I think I'm getting enough fluids. I still feel a bit of a headache but nothing close to what it felt like the other day, and lets hope it stays that way. So because of this I have switched today to a feed day and will have my fast day tomorrow. :( I wonder if switching things up like this will mess me up??? Anyone, else do this??
