Feeling pretty good today, worked out after work and then went walking after dinner. I hope to see results soon. I'm getting impatient...Trying to stay optimistic.

I started a diet on 7/7/14, been exercising daily, and I have only lost 3 pounds and that's great but two of my house mates have done the same and are losing more weight more quickly. I am getting frustrated because I'm trying so hard!!!!
