Need some Encouragement
Way to go on the 6.6 lbs lost, that is wonderful. This is just a thought but it does sound like you are working extremely hard and i am wondering if perhaps you aren't eating enough. If you work extra hard and don't eat enough your body holds on to what you have eaten as if it is starving. I would try jumping your calories up to maybe 1500 and see how that works. I know this might sound crazy but honestly the body does this and even if you don't want to jump your calories up that much try eating extra vegetables. Good luck!!
