I have only been on this website for a few short weeks. My weight lose goals are to be down to 140lbs by June because for my birthday me and some friends are going to Vegas. Of course I want to look good when I get there! I am starting this weight lose journey at 200lbs. I try to work out 5 days a week and eat a 1200 calorie diet. I don't know if 60lbs in 4 months is even possible, but I want to lose as much weight as possible till then :)

Good Fats Vers Bad Fats
Well this pretty much did leave me right back where I am I see both points, but it is not only just dairy. What technically constitutes as bad fats or good fats? If I look on the back of my food labels what should I be looking for?

Good Fats Vers Bad Fats
That is exactly how I felt because cheese and milk give you strong bones and you need dairy to keep a balanced diet if not from cheese idk where else i would get it since I don't really care for milk.

Good Fats Vers Bad Fats
I was watching a weight lose show on TCL the other night and the nutritionist was talking about the difference between good fats and bad fats. I always thought cheese and milk and dairy products like that were good for you, but she said they fall under the "bad fats" category. Any of you out there that can help me figure out what are "good fats" and what are "bad fats"? I look online and I can never get a straight answer with like a list of good or bad fats.

Food Ideas?
Thank you both! you have given me some really good ideas and yes my biggest problem is not preparing my meals ahead of time, but if I want to loose the weight I need to buckle down Smile

Food Ideas?
This is only my second week being apart of this website, but so far I like it a lot. I am trying to weigh 140lbs by June, ideally, not really sure if that is a realistic goal or not but I want to try. I currently weigh about 200lbs. My problem is trying to find foods that I can take to work with me that are low calorie, but not from to many packages. I find myself eating the same thing because they are easy and do not require much time or thought. I usually go for tuna and PB&J sandwiches. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I could make that is easy and quick with low calories?
