I weighed 115 lbs when I was 16 years old.
Then I gained 20 lbs during the first two years of college.
I was 185 lbs when I got married and now,...200 lbs. :-(
I've tried everything from fat burners, UBC to gym memberships and fad diets. I'm really scared because high blood pressure and diabetes runs within my family.
I'm hoping to lose 85 lbs in a year!
I hope to accomplish this by empowering myself via meeting people here at fatsecret.com.
