My goal is to reverse the upward trend that I started 8 years ago. work and school pretty much took most of my time. We started a bet at work to see who will lose the most percentage weight. I now realize that this is not about beating the other guys; this is about making a change in my lifestyle. I am now determined to lose it and keep it off through healthy eating and plenty of exercise. My goal is to exercise 5 days a week until I reach 185 for now. Eventually I would like to be somewhere between 175 and 180.
