We are halfway through October, and despite tons of events, bdays and such, that would usually derail me, I'm doing great! This may be the first time that I feel like I can actually do this.
However, I still have a long way to go, and I have to be realistic. It's going to get hard. I'm ready. :)

I didn't gain when my friends visited... I actually lost a bit. Talk about motivation :)

I started my own challenge... I couldn't find one that appealed to me, so I figured, what the heck? This could be fun!
If you happen to see this, and you're a Harry Potter fan, check out my challenge. It will be fun for all and a great way to ramp up the motivation in the face of all of that wicked Halloween candy.

We had guests for the past two days. I logged everything I ate. Tons of salt. Tomorrow starts damage control. I'm actually proud of how well I did! In the past, this would totally derail me, but this isn't like those attempts. I will weigh in on Friday... Have a good week, everyone!
