Motivation
Ladies, Thanks so much for all this wonderful advice. My boyfriend has promised to do this with me so I am hoping together, we can make better life style choices. It is really hard, especially when you are in love and you look at your boyfriend as he says you look beautiful. Oy! But alas- today I am eating better and I am going to the gym! Wish me luck!

Motivation
Sad Down in the dumps about trying to make a lifestyle change. I am looking for someone to help pump me up. Maybe email or something. I just cannot get into the swing of things. I am 24 and want to be in better shape by the time I turn 25. I was going to the gym over the summer but I am a teacher and going back to school kicked my butt. Anyone out to help? Suggestions??
