South Beach and Stalling
Hey guys-- I am attempting to lose the weight I gained after having my sweet baby girl. I gained a wopping 55 pounds. I went from about 135 to 190. I have since managed to get down to 162 pounds (baby is now 4.5 months old). I am still strugglin with the last 30 or so pounds. I have been on South Beach and doing fairly well... but for the last month I have stalled.

What do you all do when the scale isn't moving anymore. Please assist. I am freaking out and think of just accepting my new fat body...
