I'm a 42 yo SAHM of 3 boys (our oldest is 5 and the twins are 2 1/2). I've always battled my weight. Just when I got to a sensible weight and maintained, I got preganat....lost some...got pregnant...didn't lose any. Now I can't really get away with "oh, it's pregnancy weight" since my babies are 2 1/2. Ideally I'd like to be close to goal by their 3rd birthday in February 2008.

Hi. I do meetings and online. i do not mean to offend when I right this, but b/c you can't write inflection in email it sometimes comes off offensive...so PLEASE, I am not being offensive. You are right, one doesn't have to pay to lose weight which is why there is much info in public domain. However, if one wants a specific diet, then one should pay. Even if it is buying a book. You should pay for someone's time, effort and research.
