I am like an onion I have many layers, but I am trying to eliminate all the heavy excess layers. I am in the process for having the vertical sleeve performed. I am currently working on the pre op diet, and finding the biggest problem I am having is not drinking with my food. But every journey begins with a step, and this is my step.
