High Altitude Training Mask
I figured I would give it a try. I figure anything thats going to labor your breathing and make your body work harder, has to have some benefit. Of course running outside of in the gym is sure to bring alot of questions. Maybe I can just leave out a broucher LOL!!

Has anyone tried the high altitude training masks?? Thought it would be a way to shake up my cardio and increase endurance. Any thoughts??
