recipies for left over roast beef?
I'm with Gisme! Make a soup. I love to add barley and veggies for homemade vegetable beef barley soup. Yuuummy!

New to Atkins
I wish you all the luck. Once you get going for a few days it's much easier. Try to make things like tuna or turkey salad. Mayo is ok and you can add pickles and celery. Make A LOT so you get full. Might even have a little leftover. Meat and cheeses, hard boiled eggs. If you make hamburger patty's, make the whole package and throw some in the fridge for when you might need one. You will do great!

Confused Why was I thinking eggs were a free food on atkins? Free of carbs that is.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
On day 6 of Atkins. I weigh everyday and know I shouldn't. I want to lose 11 pounds. I go back to work tomorrow after being off all week. It's harder for me when I'm tired, so I hope I can really do this, this time. I have tried before and had given up. I REALLY want this bad, so wish me strength!! Thanks!
