I don't like doing weights (hate is a better word). But I do know they are a necessary evil

I've decided to sneak some weight training into my work at home routine.

I've made a list of exercises and put a timer on my desk for 30 min. Every 30 min, the timer goes off and I do two exercises with free weights, or squats, or stretches. The weights are not heavy and I'm careful not to pull something because I'm not warmed up. Only started yesterday, but I'm sure it'll pay off. Or I'll be in the hospital for a pulled muscle. Little by little and better than nothing.
