Hello canyudo,
What I do when I crave sweets is look up ways to make healthy desserts online. I would start with the basics though! Fruit! Raspberries, blackberries, peaches, etc are nature's candy! I would also maybe buy some granola bars with chocolate chips in them to have around if you need an energy boost and a quick sweet fix. Maybe some nutella, though you want to watch out cause it is extremely addicting so you will have to regulate yourself and measure it out. For a treat, I usually cut a banana in half and dip it in the nutella to at least make it somewhat healthy. Also, for a quick chocolate fix, I make kinda like a homemade mousse. It may sound weird, but I get those fat free chocolate snack paks, empty one cup into the bowl, add some low fat (or fat free) whipped cream to make the mousse, and then cut up some strawberries and viola! A homemade easy as crap quick fix that doesn't have too many calories and carbs and still gives you nutrients through the strawberries! Just don't get carried away and you'll be fine! (: I hope this helps!

I like the Healthy Choice Ice-cream Fudge Bars that are only 100 calories, 1.5g Fat, 13 g Carbohydrates, 4 g Fiber, 3 g Protein. Very satisfying...and only 2 points. A great reward for a good day.

for sweets; I cn find enough substitutes.
healthy choice frozen blueberry or raspberry yogurt is my treat in place of
ice cream, or dairy queen 50 calorie fudge bars
for chocolate cravings, I substitute russel stover sugar free carmel or coconut
and atkins peanut carmel bar, for added protein and some fiber, besides being a lower fat choice
and of course, fresh fruit

I really like Yasso Greek frozen yogurt bars. The strawberry flavor only has 80 calories and it tastes very good.
