I'm getting ready to head out on a trip to visit family and I've been working out pretty hard at the gym. I won't have access to a gym while traveling, and I'm a bit worried that I won't be able to do the necessary workouts. Anyone have any good suggestions for workouts in someone else's home without equipment? I've already got my travel snacks ready. I'm not going to be caught hungry. Wink

Take the gym with you. Buy one of those Beach Body Programs that are 25 minutes. P90 or T25. Drink a lot of water within meals and a lot of vegetables. That will help.

You can buy a set of resistance bands for <$20 that you can use when traveling. There are also plenty of exercises that require no equipment: jumping jacks, jog-in-place, high-knees, straight leg kicks, push-ups, squats (with mods like 1-leg), wall-sits, butt kicks, lunges, planks, crunches, etc.
