About this Group:

Weekly guidelines to fully participate in the NRB group:

1) Report your Runs!
Make a journal entry or a group post about your run(s). Put in as many or as few details as you want, but just make sure we know about them!

2) State your Goals!
Tell us what kind of run(s) you plan on doing next!

3) Use Food as Fuel!
Runners are athletes who need to have a healthy balanced diet to fuel their sport. Eat the right mix of foods for your weight and running goals.

4) Support your Buddies!

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE! Make a positive contribution to at least one buddy's journal or challenge post. Answer a question, give a compliment or encourage them with their goals. If you're able to, share some support with your other challenge buddies too!

Jeez I haven't ran since Sunday.. In my defense, my household has been under the weather all week, plus it's been raining alot..... I need to stop making excuses.
