About this Group:

Flex-i-tar-i-an [fleks.uh.TAYR.ee.un] n.

Somewhere between Paleo vs. Vegetarian and Atkins vs. Fat Free lies a balance...a continuum in time and space where real food is the recognized best and most enjoyable fuel for the body. Join us in tossing packaged store junk for real, whole food as nature intended.

For Flexitarians, fresh vegetables are the rock stars and meat is a delightful part of the band. Can't afford an all organic grocery bill? No worries. We're focused on ditching packages and planning meals that satisfy and keep us from overeating or malnourishment. (Yes, obese people are at risk for being malnourished too)!

You'll find the latest science, articles, links, posts, exercise tips and recipes as our group grows. Hopefully, the information helps us all make HEALTHY choices for our bodies.

Real natural fats. Real sugars. Real meat. Real dairy. Real produce. Real food. All 'good' things in MODERATION!
