You CAN have low carb pizza- Make it with 4 cups of grated cauliflower and 2 beaten eggs for the crust. Cauliflower should be partially steamed before grating. Bake the crust til it is slightly cooked for about 20 minutes. I think the temperature was 400*. Then remove from the oven and add the sauce and vegetables. Use a minimal amount of a marinara sauce or pizza sauce. Look for one with little to no sugar. Then top with low carb veggies like mushrooms, green pepper, onion, cheese, and choice of protein, like precooked chicken, ham, bacon, bacon, or sausage. The edges where the crust starts should look somewhat browned and cheese should be thoroughly melted when done. This recipe was from a lady who did Atkins.
