Group Forum: Grumbling Stomach & Activity/Exercise Calories

I have been Keto since September 1st.

Yesterday morning my stomach was growling loudly while I was meeting with clients - not ideal.

I have been eating my first meal about 11am and dinner at about 6 or 7pm. With two cups of coffee in the morning with 1 tbsp of cream per cup.

Do I just ignore this - or should I eat something if my stomach is growling?

Secondly, do you add back in calories for activity/exercise?

As for your first question if I am too hungry I eat. I do not like hungry. I also go over and see if the last meal I ate the day before may have been too lean and then make sure to add more fat in my last meal of the day. Usually that carry me over.

I don't really pay much attention to calories. Try to follow my body and focus on carbs (low) and fat (high). But appetite will likely increase with activity
