It is so important to understand what your body needs and why it needs it. We are Phytonutrient deprived, we don't eat enough fruits and vegetables so therefore our bodies do not promote the digestive enzymes it needs to process eating large amounts of meat. Fun fact... all meat is very low in PH which means the more meat you eat the lower your PH level is in your body which creates a whole bunch of health issues.. cancer, diabetes, heart disease, inflammation and so much more. Our PH level needs to be at 7.4 to keep these health concerns away.. get some PH strips to see where your PH level is.
Look into the book - Eat to Live for some really tasty ideas to eat less meat and a lot more fruits and vegees... food that tastes amazing.
Educate yourselves with a few documentaries at Netflix - Supersize me, Vegucated, Food Inc and more.
To change your life we have to start making only (1) Simple change at a time... than look out, you will truly start seeing wonderful results you had never thought possible. It's time to start living life!
