Funny how a 0.5 lb gain can ruin your day and a 0.5 lb loss makes you feel like a MILLION BUCKS! It's all perspective, friends! In the past,after several weeks of good losses I would "treat" myself and say " JUST for TODAY!" I will have anything I want. Never going crazy - but it set me back and didn't heal my mindset about food. Recently I had a change in thinking and the phrase "JUST FOR TODAY!" became my mantra for staying on track... it means to me... For THIS day I will stay 100% on plan. Just for today I can do without that temptation.I feel so powerful. Funny the thing that broke my winning streak ,the thing that I gave power over me - NOW gives ME POWER over FOOD! What is your weakness? What perspective do you need to change? I'm so thankful for the changes I'm making... What do you have to be thankful for?
I ATE myself into this problem...SO I AM EATING MY WAY OUT OF IT!
