Hi all. I run mainly trails. Ran the Blue Ridge marathon April 13. I'm a mountain junkie living in Roanoke, got a half trail marathon on Dec 14. Finally fed up with all the binge eating I do and found this site to try and lower my fat. Just watching the numbers is keeping me in line, best thing ever. I just ordered a scale so I can start tracking my BMI and other fat measures. My goal is to run half trail marathon under 1:50. My last was 1:56
