Group Forum: Is anyone still doing this diet?

Hi all. I am so happy to find this forum and hope to get motivation and encouragement as will as give it. I did QWLC diet in 2008 and lost 40 pounds in 2 months. It was a tough 2 months but I barely cheated. My goal was 80 pounds so I did not make it to the other stages but I did not gain the weight back...until 2011. I gained 30 pounds but I ate horribly and did not work out at all. So here I am again...hoping to get it going again!

I am a student and do not have the 900 dollars to "join" again but I have most of my papers so I know what to eat during the weight loss stage. I do not, however, know what to eat for the first 3 days...I remember oranges...but that is all. If anyone would be so kind to share that info I would really appreciate it!

I did QWL in 2011 and lost 30 lbs. This year I put it all back on so I'm doing the diet again. Start with the 3 day kick off which is all green salad...as much as you want and then all the chicken and beef you want. Eggs for breakfast. I call the rest of the diet...2-2-2-2 meaning 2 meats...2 carbs...2 veggies and 2 fruits. Let me know if you have any questions. Smile
