My name is Amy and I am a new mother to a wonderful happy baby boy who was born in June! I am currently working out how to find time to be a new mom (and previous step-mom to two) as well as work full-time and work out! Smile As many of us know, some days are easier than others.

When I got pregnant I was already overweight but losing weight. I started at 187 lbs (which is a little heavy for little 5'6" me Laughing ) and ended my pregnancy at 234 lbs. I am two months post partum and down 30 lbs to 204. I have plateaued the last two weeks and hope that I start losing again soon! My plan is to eat healthIER and walk a lot (since I am nursing, I do not want to jog or run until I am done).

I look forward to being part of this group and hearing other's advice and stories!
