I'm wondering what everyone on here snacks on in between meals. How do you get enough protein in your diet with less fat for optimal breast milk production and weight loss?

I snack on nuts, but you have to be very careful because some varieties are very high in fat. 6 almonds or 20 peanuts are around 60 calories. I combine them with a banana and a glass of water.

I've beeneating Nature Valley Granola bars, protein shakes, peanut butter covered banannas, apples.

When I'm behaving, I like the special K snack bars, yoplait light, and LOTS of water...Should probably eat more fruit though.
