Hi friends! I'm still figuring out how to use FS. I'm a breastfeeding mom of 6month old girl. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to add the extra calories for breastfeeding to my daily RDI? How did y'all account for those extra needed calories? Did you have a 300-500 calorie snack and just not log it? Thanks!

Nope, I haven't increased my food intake, but I do log the breastfeeding in my exercise section of FS. I'm currently 211.4lbs, down from 216.4lbs. I aim to eat 2200 calories a day. (My mini goal is 200lbs by June 18th, and my final goal is 165lbs.)

I've worked up to being able to row for 30min continuously, maintaining an average heart rate of 160bpm. (I try to row once ever 30-36hours, but sometimes it winds up being once every two days.). On my non rowing days, I try to cycle or do other exercises, but I'm not as good with that. I've been really consistent with the rowing though Smile.
