I have now lost about 8 1/2 lbs (a lot for me) and this is the first time I've lost weight without participating in a plan like WW or Lindora or any others. I did it all by myself with FatSecret. I know it's not for everyone, but it does work if you really want it to work. I tell people I'm not on a diet....this is the way I eat now. I have to
keep track of everything I eat, and only eat foods that I can figure out how to enter the ingredients. That the is one of the challenges.
I also only weigh in on Sunday mornings, so Fridays and Saturdays I am pretty careful to prepare for my Sunday morning "weigh in".
Also I cannot add a "Smiley"....all I get is the program info - no picture! How do you do that?
