Just thought I would like to see what others are doing to lose weight. I don't have a serious weight problem but have gained some over the winter that I need to shed. I am 74 so not expecting to look like a model but for health want to stay trim.

I love to cook and write recipes. I have been doing OK with fat secret. I am able to take regular recipes and trim them down using my cookbook.
