Well, that's 4 of us on this group. Not using MCT oil. I'm trying to keep under 10 carbs/day, not always succeeding, but usually under 20 and always under 30. Radically different than before I started Keto, where most of what we ate was carbs. We just use regular coconut oil because we are trying to lose weight, so we are trying to use our excess weight to convert to ketones. MCT oil gives some people a ketone buzz, like weight lifters. So it depends on your goals.

I am trying everything in the Keto arsenal. Have lost 8#. Now the scale goes up 1, down 1, up 2, down 1/2 etc....more like maintenance. Not sure what to do next. Still 25 pounds from goal. I do use MCT oil and it really helps keep me full, and insides moving. I am exercise restricted, so that is no help.I

-My goals are really just losing more fat and keeping T2 at bay. I am 176 now. 156 would probably be ideal. Hit 300# at my peak. I find it very difficult to hit my macros, always do okay on the carbs. But trying to get 80-100G protein and is difficult for me. If I could get it with low enough fat I could easily make-up the difference with the mct oil. or butter

Thanks for the welcome. When I had that experience I had to lower the over all calories by having figure no exercise and the app came up with 1600 calories.

Checking in too. I don't check this very often. Been on a somewhat keto diet, but one I lost 10 pounds it has been the yoyo diet. Losing the same couple of pounds over and over.
