I just started 3/5 but have been starting a healthy diet since the beginning of the year. I live in Wyoming and so I do a lot of walking and Yoga until some snow melts.

Long term goal-looking to lose 10-20lbs and a few folds so my clothes just fit a little nicer. B-day in July with a reward of Facial and cute outfit.

Short term goal-to cut out coffee, add to my work out(try new things...zumba maybe), and eventually start training for marathon.
