Group Forum: New to group, need support bad

I am disgusted with myself. I have been eating since Halloween. And mostly sugar. It's like I gave myself permission to eat through the holidays. I put on more than 10 pounds in this short amount of time. Today , I am starting to work out every day for one hour on the treadmill and blog on here for one year. I was inspired by of all the movies...Julie and Julia. I watched it last night with my daughter and Julie committed to one year of blogging. So, am I. Decided not to wait until New Years to do it. Today is the day. I am going to follow to the best of my ability the tried and true meal plans that worked for me in the past. Food Combining. I like the Fit For Life book and the Suzanne Somers books. I will miss refined sugar the most. So, this will be the place for me to vent.
