Im in my 50's and dont have a problem eating well. My problem is that I have previously been a very active person (walking for an hour every day for most of my life and have had a personal trainer for 10 years.I turned 50 and just didn't feel up to the training anymore and the walking just seemed so monotonous. I know I need to do it because I want to live healthily to a ripe old age! I have signed up for horseback riding lessons which I am waiting to hear if they start this coming weekSmileI really need to get back into yoga and strength training and daily cardio but i keep saying next week! help!!!!
