Hey guys,

Sometimes I bump up three or four pounds the day after weight lifting and have read that trained muscles retain water during the repair phase - what do you all think? Truth?
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

Yes, it happens. You are doing well. Just be sure to give yourself a day of rest for that muscle group.

Yes. thank you Bill. I tend to workout every other day sand then have a back to back when I alternate and add more HIIT on the rower or elliptical. I drink one gallon of water a day - easy in summer!
