Hello, I'm new to Paleo just read the primal blueprint book online, I"m wondering if anyone takes multivitamins or any other kind of supplement? I just started Paleo 2 days ago and I find it easy enough to stay away from pasta and bread its very hard for me to stay away from sweets, doughnuts and cakes chocolate. etc. I can eat well all day long then come evening i find myself picking around for something sweet to eat. like a habit I'm not even hungry! ugh

jerzeygirl, the cravings for sweets will go away after you avoid them for a while. Try a few strawberries or other berries for that evening craving. See if that helps.
