A brief manifesto
It is the point of this group to discuss ways to stay healthy while adding to your waistline.
This group is not meant to be mainly about muscle gain, but supporting those who think being chubby, husky, or fat is awesome.
Being seriously overweight and healthy is a challenge no one should face alone.
The Philosophy of this group:
Don't increase the risk to your health by eating bad food!
Take care of your joints and back!
Maintain your heart health!
Exercise!
Some rules:
1. Encourage healthy eating. (No hardcore binge diets!)
2. Promote healthy habits. (Exercise, diatary supplements)
3. Respect everyone's goals.
4. If you have health tips aquired from the web, please link your resources!
5. Please also provide references to books when quoting.
6. Encourage people to gain!
