Hi all,
I ve been on a diet for about 3 months. the diet basically consists of trying to keep my calorie intake less than 1644 but not lower than 1200.

I tend to have an off day where I usually gobble up a whole pizza (my fav food). I love food especially pizza and sushi and really do not wish to give up on taking them once a week Sad but I am still at 55kg and would really like to go to 50kg.

I ve been doing jogging 2 times a week and weight training once a week. My tummy still looks bloated and no weight loss whatsoever. I also try to drink apx 2ltrs to 3ltrs of water everyday but nada.

do you have any particular tips which would help me lose weight or at least tone up quicker?
