Have cut out wheat for 9 weeks and sugar for 3 weeks. I don't count calories, but stick to 3 meals a day. I eat either meat and green veges or Carbohydrate veges and green veges.... really pleased with the results.
If you keep going, you won't regret it. If you give up, you will.
