I am blood type O but don't consider my diet to be exactly like Atkins. I am averaging about 1,800 calories per day: 50% from protein, 25% good carbs, 25% good fats. Light exercise every other day. It seems to be working … I have lost 30 lbs. since September 2011 and feeling great!
