Hey All,


I know the norm is that you drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day. But I have recently heard you are supposed to drink 1/4 to 1/2 your body weight per day. I started to do that and now my left foot is swollen, I think I might be retaining water.

Has anyone else heard of this? Has anyone tried drinking more water in a day and if so did you experience water retention? ThanksQuestion

I think that is too hard to do. If you weighed by example 400 lbs then that is 200 oz of water or 25 8oz cups. I think that is too much intake per day. when would you have time to breathe or excercise for all that sipping and running to pee. Smile Must be an easier expectation on water intake!
