Just on my 4th day, no weight loss yet, don't know if it is too soon or if it is because I do not eat enough veggies. Staying under the carb max and within the calories, so heres hoping. I've never had much luck with diets, but I am excited about this one.

Don't you like veggies? Try having a big salad for lunch!Smile Good luck! I just started yesterday.

Yes, actually I love veggies. Just get full on meat and cheese and am not eating them
like I should.
Took your advice and had a big salad for dinner. Was quite good. HaHa

You might be consuming too much sugar. Be aware of product that say that they have zero sugar in them. It just means that the sugar is a sugar substitute. Also, you don't have to eat meat to lose weight. You would be surprised by how many vegetarians are on Atkins. Give me a run down of what you eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, and I will tell you if it's not a good choice.
